Bilingual Virtual Rental Agent

We are looking for a Bilingual Virtual Rental Agent to join our operations team. We combine real human interaction, AI tools, and smart self-service devices to transform front-desk and fleet management workflows for international clients across the car rental and hospitality industries.

We seek professionals with an advanced level of English, sharp commercial drive, and solid customer service experience to manage live, remote customer interactions, process rental contracts, and drive counter sales across our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver excellent customer service through video calls and virtual assistance.
Validate customer documentation and process rental agreements.
Accurate upselling of extra services available.
Resolve real-time operational inquiries and ensure seamless, error-free customer transactions.

Requirements:

Advanced to fluent English proficiency (C1/C2 verbal and written).
Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
Proven experience in customer support, BPO, or the car rental industry.
Ability to handle multi-screen digital interfaces, live video interactions, and management databases simultaneously.
