A Snapshot of Your Day
As an EHS Professional, you will play a key role in supporting Gas Services operations across Venezuela by strengthening Environmental, Health, and Safety programs in the field. You will work closely with operational teams to standardize EHS processes, ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements, and promote a strong safety culture. Your day may include conducting audits, supporting incident investigations, delivering training sessions, and collaborating with field teams to continuously improve EHS performance.

The Gas Services team supports critical power generation and maintenance activities throughout Latin America, helping customers ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. Our Environmental, Health & Safety professionals work closely with field service and operational teams, providing guidance, oversight, and continuous improvement initiatives that enable world-class safety performance. How You'll Make An Impact
- Support the deployment and standardization of EHS programs, procedures, and documentation across field operations.
- Partner with Service Operations teams to implement key EHS initiatives and ensure compliance with Siemens Energy standards.
- Conduct EHS audits, inspections, and compliance assessments to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
- Lead or support incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective and preventive action tracking.
- Develop and deliver EHS training programs focused on risk assessment, job safety analysis, and emergency preparedness.
- Analyze EHS performance metrics and promote continuous improvement initiatives across supported sites.
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in an EHS role within industrial, energy, field services, or Operations & Maintenance environments.
- Experience implementing EHS programs, conducting audits, incident investigations, compliance management, and corrective action follow-up.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, occupational hygiene, risk assessment, job safety analysis, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong analytical, investigation, stakeholder management, and safety training skills, with the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Professional proficiency in English and Spanish. Preferred certifications include OSHA 30-Hour General Industry, HAZWOPER, and/or Internal Auditor certification for ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
