ABOUT THE ROLE
The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end logistics cycles, coordinate domestic and international movements, maintain daily communication with US-based logistics partners, and ensure timely cargo delivery while preventing operational delays.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage end-to-end shipment execution, from booking creation to final delivery.
- Coordinate port and rail drayage operations, local US trucking, and regional inland transportation.
- Monitor operational milestones daily: container movements, port/terminal cut-offs, pick-up and delivery appointments, and empty returns to prevent detention and demurrage charges.
- Maintain direct, daily written and verbal communication with ocean carriers, freight forwarders, dispatchers, transport companies, and warehouses across the United States.
- To ensure you have carefully read the required profile, you will be asked for the keyword during the interview; you must answer \'logistic.\' If you do not know it, your application will be immediately rejected.
- Gather, audit, and organize all shipping documentation per file (Bills of Lading, packing lists, delivery receipts, arrival notices).
- Record and reconcile logistics-related transactions in QuickBooks Online, demonstrating a precise understanding of bills, invoices, and purchase orders (POs).
- Troubleshoot transit exceptions, missed appointments, and carrier delays with urgency and operational autonomy.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Proven operational logistics experience: Minimum 3 years directly handling international shipments and US domestic freight (candidates with solely general administrative experience will not be considered).
- Technical proficiency: Demonstrated hands-on knowledge of container tracking, drayage coordination, appointment scheduling, and terminal cut-off management.
- Accounting tools: Practical experience with QuickBooks Online and clear command of the operational distinctions among purchase orders, vendor bills, and customer invoices.
- Language: Fluent English (both spoken and written) is mandatory. Daily phone calls and email correspondence with US vendors and partners are required.
- Core competencies: High multitasking capacity, strong organizational discipline, operational problem-solving skills, and ownership of shipments until final closure.
