Responsibilities
- Lead the team in charge of executing Indirect Trade Strategy on the ground
- Surpass Net Sales, Sell Out, Gross to Net, Margin, Distribution and Market Share Targets
- Develop his / her team to unlock their potential
- Design and lead the execution of strategies and plans to drive category growth
- Lead Demand Planning of his channel to assure correct replenishment in trade
- Bachelors degree
- 5 years commercial exp
- Strong P&L Management
- Mindset embedded within OCP (omni commercial planning)
- Agile ways of work
- Data & Analytis & IA Skills
- Advanced English level
- Indirect Trade experience (Preferred)
- Team Lead Experience (Preferred)
