Client Service Representative

A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Client Service Representative, you will play a key role in supporting customers by preparing quotations, processing orders, and ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the order cycle. You will work closely with customers, engineering, manufacturing, and other internal teams to meet cycle time, pricing, and margin objectives. This role requires strong attention to detail, customer focus, and the ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Prepare formal bids and proposals using available systems and tools to generate quotations and process customer orders.
• Participate in customer negotiations related to pricing, delivery improvements, and non-standard terms and conditions.
• Initiate engineering reviews and updates to support customer-specific requirements.
• Manage quote and order activities, including pricing, delivery commitments, margins, order entry, credits, returns, and customer concerns.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to resolve delivery and scheduling challenges through drawing revisions, alternate materials, and process improvements.
• Establish lead times and provide alternative delivery solutions by collaborating with planners, buyers, manufacturing personnel, and suppliers.
  
  
  

What You Bring

• Associate Degree or higher preferred, or a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• At least 2 years of experience supporting customers, quotations, order management, or related commercial activities.
• Advanced English (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of Siemens Energy businesses and customers preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment across multiple functions and customer groups.

Location: Maracaibo, Venezuela.

Please note that this position is based in Maracaibo, Venezuela and will require regular interaction with customers in the field, including occasional visits to customer sites as needed.
