Routing & Logistics Specialist / Dispatcher VE

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Routing & Logistics Specialist / Dispatcher to manage daily transportation and dispatch operations. This role focuses on real-time logistics execution, load coordination, route tracking, and operational problem-solving.

The position starts part-time during training and transitions to full-time based on performance. Schedule flexibility is required, including evenings, nights, and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor shipments, routes, and delivery schedules in real time
• Assign loads and communicate with drivers to ensure efficient operations
• Track shipments and proactively resolve delays or disruptions
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, issues, and operational updates
• Collaborate with operations, planning, and customer support teams
• Optimize routes and resource allocation to improve efficiency
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and logistics best practices
  
  
  

Requirements

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer proficiency, including Excel and tracking systems
• Availability for flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
• Previous experience in logistics, dispatch, or transportation is a plus but not required
  
  
  

Compensation & Schedule

• Training: Part-time, $800/month
• After Training: Full-time, $1,700–$1,800/month
• Schedule: Shift-based with flexibility required
