¡Buscamos Well Site Leader para SLB Venezuela!

SLB está reactivando sus operaciones en Venezuela y buscamos un Well Site Leader (CWI) para planificar, coordinar, supervisar y ejecutar el programa de operaciones de pozo, brindando liderazgo claro en HSE y asegurando operaciones seguras, dentro del tiempo y costos asignados.

Lo que Buscamos

• +10 años de experiencia en operaciones de pozo, con enfoque en Completion & Well Intervention.
• Formación técnica o de ingeniería afín
• Locación: Maturín
• Inglés intermedio

Responsabilidades Principales

• Liderar la ejecución del programa de operaciones de pozo en sitio
• Prevenir y gestionar riesgos de control de pozo, pega de tubería y otros riesgos operacionales
• Preparar procedimientos y planes de contingencia para operaciones críticas
• Aprobar facturas y controlar los costos diarios de la operación
• Coordinar con cliente, contratistas y Product Lines la planificación diaria
