¡Buscamos Assistant Well Site Leader para SLB Venezuela!

SLB está reactivando sus operaciones en Venezuela y buscamos un Assistant Well Site Leader (CWI) para brindar liderazgo en HSE y apoyar al Well Site Leader en la conducción segura de las operaciones de pozo, desarrollando las competencias para crecer hacia el rol de Well Site Leader.

Lo que Buscamos

• +10 años de experiencia en operaciones de pozo, enfoque en Completion & Well Intervention.
• Formación técnica o de ingeniería afín
• Locación: Maturín
• Inglés intermedio

Responsabilidades Principales

• Apoyar al Well Site Leader en la supervisión diaria de las operaciones de pozo
• Preparar cálculos técnicos para operaciones críticas (casing, cementación, etc.)
• Gestionar el inventario de tangibles y verificar el cumplimiento contractual de equipos
• Preparar las estimaciones diarias de costos
• Desarrollar las competencias necesarias para asumir el rol de Well Site Leader
