En SLB estamos en búsqueda de un profesional con más de 5 años de experiencia en operaciones del sector petrolero, orientado al cliente y con visión comercial, para unirse a nuestro equipo en Anaco, Venezuela.

Lo que Buscamos

• Título universitario en Ingeniería de Petróleo, Ingeniería Mecánica, Industrial o carrera afín
• Más de 5 años de experiencia en operaciones de campo o coordinación en la industria petrolera
• Inglés sólido, tanto conversacional como escrito
• Habilidades de comunicación, negociación y gestión de relaciones con clientes
• Orientación a resultados y manejo de indicadores de calidad de servicio

Responsabilidades Principales del Customer Engagement Coordinator

• Actuar como punto de contacto principal con el cliente durante el proceso de entrega de servicios
• Identificar oportunidades comerciales dentro y fuera de los términos contractuales
• Coordinar reuniones de calidad de servicio y dar seguimiento a indicadores y retroalimentación del cliente
• Garantizar que los entregables sean precisos y entregados a tiempo
• Resolver proactivamente disputas de facturación y gestionar riesgos operativos
