Schedule:
Monday to Friday
09:00 AM – 6:00 PM (California Time)
Remote Position
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
Professional communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Clear and professional phone voice with minimal accent.
Experience with cold calling and outbound sales.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
Collections experience is a plus.
