SLB está reactivando sus operaciones en Venezuela y buscamos un Assistant Well Site Leader Drilling para brindar liderazgo en HSE y apoyar al Well Site Leader en la ejecución segura y eficiente del programa de operaciones de pozo, desarrollando las competencias para crecer hacia el rol de Well Site Leader.

Lo que Buscamos

• Profesional con experiencia comprobable (Experienced Professional, +5 años) en operaciones de pozo o área afín
• Formación técnica o de ingeniería afín
• Sólido enfoque en HSE, control de pozo y gestión de recursos
• Locación: Maturín
• Inglés intermedio

Responsabilidades Principales

• Organizar y liderar reuniones de seguridad y operaciones (brief/debrief) y las juntas diarias de planificación
• Actualizar el pronóstico y la actividad planificada para anticipar recursos y optimizar la eficiencia del servicio
• Gestionar el inventario y las solicitudes de material y equipos a tiempo para evitar interrupciones
• Asegurar operaciones que prevengan riesgos de control de pozo, pega de tubería y otros riesgos operacionales
• Preparar procedimientos detallados y cálculos técnicos para operaciones específicas (corrida de casing, cementación, etc.)
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas y estándares de SLB
