SLB está reactivando sus operaciones en Venezuela y buscamos un Field HSE Specialist para apoyar a los gerentes locales en el establecimiento y la mejora continua de la cultura de calidad y HSE (seguridad, salud y medio ambiente) en el sitio de trabajo.

Lo que Buscamos

• Profesional con experiencia comprobable (Experienced Professional, +5 años) en roles de HSE / calidad, preferiblemente en campo
• Formación técnica o de ingeniería afín
• Conocimiento de sistemas de gestión de calidad y HSE, y de la normativa local aplicable
• Locación: Maturín
• Inglés intermedio

Responsabilidades Principales

• Promover que la calidad y el cumplimiento HSE sean parte integral de las responsabilidades de la línea de gestión
• Apoyar la implementación y mejora de los sistemas de gestión de calidad y HSE, y la definición de objetivos
• Conducir reuniones de revisión para evaluar la efectividad de los sistemas e identificar mejoras
• Coordinar y participar en el screening y la formación del personal, incluyendo subcontratistas
• Asesorar a la gerencia sobre el cumplimiento de la normativa HSE local y nacional
• Participar en auditorías e investigaciones de fallas y accidentes, y asegurar la documentación HSE en sitio
