Freelance Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business goals.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and team member retention programs.
Manage performance appraisal processes and team member development programs.
Address team member relations issues and foster a positive workplace environment.
Administer compensation and benefits programs.
Maintain HR records and reports in compliance with regulations.
Collaborate with leadership to support company growth and team member engagement.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Or currently undergoing studies.
Strong understanding of HR principles and best practices.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Advanced English level.
Native Spanish speaker.
