We are a North Carolina-based rental car company seeking customer service agents.


Key responsibilities typically include:
Customer service support
sales of additional services
customer‘s documents analysis
Data entry and organization
Email management

Here is what we are looking for:
Proactive Problem-solving skills
Teamwork abilities
Customer service and sales experience (a plus, but not required)
Detail-Oriented, Reliable, & Organized
Fluent English (C1/C2)

What You\'ll Need to Work:
Laptop with a UPS (uninterruptible power supply)
Noise-canceling headsets
Internet speed of at least 20 MBPS download & 5 MBPS upload
A Quiet Home Office
