Job Summary

As our first dedicated growth hire, you will be responsible for acquiring, converting, and retaining users without relying on a large ad budget. This means using lean, creative, and data-driven marketing—leveraging SEO, content, partnerships, and product-led growth before expanding into paid acquisition.We need someone who can test, iterate, and learn quickly, making data-backed decisions while maintaining a startup mindset. If you are excited by the idea of growing a company without relying on paid ads, this role is for you.

HubSpot familiarity is required; proficiency is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Growth strategy and execution
  • Develop scrappy, high-ROI growth strategies focused on organic, viral, and product-led growth
  • Optimize onboarding and conversion funnels to maximize sign-ups and engagement
  • Run rapid experiments to test new acquisition and retention tactics, then scale what works
  • SEO and content-driven growth
  • Work with content creators to ensure we rank for high-intent keywords and drive organic traffic
  • Identify and execute partnership and backlink strategies to build domain authority
  • Optimize landing pages, blogs, and lead magnets to increase conversions
  • Product-led growth and community building
  • Leverage the company´s product data to create viral growth loops and shareable insights
  • Build email sequences and HubSpot automation to educate, nurture, and convert leads
  • Experiment with referral programs, community engagement, and advocacy marketing
  • Performance and analytics
  • Track growth metrics, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and lifetime value (LTV)
  • Use HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other tools to identify trends and optimize efforts
  • Continuously test messaging, pricing, and onboarding flows to improve conversions
  • Paid marketing (later)
  • Once strong organic and product-led growth channels are established, gradually layer in paid channels like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads

Skills And Qualifications

  • 3-5 years in growth marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing, ideally at a B2B SaaS or legal tech startup
  • Scrappy, resourceful, and creative mindset—able to drive growth without a large ad budget
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, content marketing, email automation, and conversion optimization
  • Strong data analysis skills—comfortable running experiments and iterating based on results
  • Familiarity with HubSpot (proficiency preferred)
  • A test-and-learn mentality—comfortable trying new things, failing fast, and doubling down on what works
