GENERAL OBJETIVE

Facilitate the development of strong and trust-based relationships with the existing customer base, driving revenue growth through the proactive identification of opportunities for effective cross-sell and up-sell strategies, guiding customers in their commercial journey, and ensuring their ongoing success.

Key Responsabilities

  • Contact and initiate growth processes with installed base customers in a timely manner, adhering to the established SOPs to ensure a structured and effective approach.
  • Analyze customer needs and behaviors to identify and leverage cross-sell and up-sell opportunities that deliver added value to both the customer and the company.
  • Design and implement effective cross-sell and up-sell strategies that align with both the customer’s goals and the company’s business objectives, ensuring mutual success.
  • Identify new sales opportunities within the customer base and manage follow-up activities diligently, from initial contact through to successful closure, ensuring that all potential deals are maximized.
  • Build, maintain and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with existing customers by establishing consistent, personalized communication that fosters long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Guide customers through their commercial journey acting as a strategic advisor to them and offering ongoing guidance on how to maximize the use and benefits of the company’s products or services.
  • Conduct compelling presentations and demonstrations of additional products and services, clearly articulating their benefits and how they can meet the customer’s evolving needs.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms for sales and service agreements, ensuring that both the customer’s and the company’s interests are well-represented in the final terms.
  • Keep detailed, up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and tasks in the CRM, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Act as the liaison between the customer and the support team facilitating the resolution of any inquiries or issues that arise during the growth process.
  • Prepare and generate sales forecasts based on current customer activity, providing insight into future revenue streams and potential growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on account progress, including actionable recommendations for continuous improvement and enhanced customer engagement.
  • Comply with and encourage compliance with rules and procedures established in the organization.

JOB PROFILE

EDUCATION LEVEL Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, International Business or related.

EXPERIENCE 2+ years of experience in similar positions in the field (Prefer). With proven experience in Growth Process.

ENGLISH LEVEL Advanced.
