Expected Outcomes

  • Foster Positive Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with 30-40 clients, engaging in 60-100 meaningful conversations per week, thriving on client interaction, and excelling at making each client feel valued and supported.
  • Effective Support: Deliver clear, helpful, and timely support to platinum clients with the goal of a 90% retention rate.
  • Ensure Client Satisfaction and Loyalty: Continuously strive to exceed client expectations, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty, while finding joy in going above and beyond for clients.
  • Support Sales Campaigns for Platinum Members: Efficiently set up and deploy sales campaigns for platinum members, requiring a proactive approach and a commitment to helping clients grow their business.

Required Experience

  • 2-3 years in a client-facing or customer success role, preferably in a fast-paced, digital or creative industry.
  • Proven experience managing a high-volume inbox, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, offering thoughtful, solution-oriented support.
  • Comfort using tools like HubSpot, Asana, and Slack to communicate, organize tasks, and track client interactions.
  • Experience executing or supporting marketing campaigns or managing small-scale projects with deadlines and deliverables.

Would be nice…

  • Experience working with photographers, creatives, or small business owners.
  • Familiarity with project management and keeping multiple tasks organized across clients.
  • A knack for writing warm, personable, and professional client emails.
  • Calm under pressure and able to maintain a positive tone in challenging situations.
  • An eye for aesthetics or interest in photo-related products like albums and prints.
