You will work under the guidance of the Finance Manager or Senior Analyst to maintain finance transactions, data, systems and reporting. You will also collect data and perform detailed checks/controls.

How you will contribute

You will:

• Execute aspects of finance planning and performance management process and related financial decisions potentially including Annual Contract planning/forecasting, target development, financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modeling and decision support for a focused scope within a region, business unit, country, Supply Chain, Mondelēz International Business Services or Corporate Finance team. You will also execute data collection and prepare data integrity checks
• Contribute to a strong controls and compliance environment in your area of scope and ensure full compliance with our policies
• Execute ad hoc analyses and projects as requested by the Finance Manager or Senior Analyst
• Support projects to improve efficiencies and improvements to ways of working and embrace a mindset of continuous improvement
• Contribute to a high-performing Finance team. You will also invest in personal development and the development of your Finance peers

Propósito del cargo:

Elaborar y g estionar los procesos operativos de Finanzas para ventas, soportando las solicitudes y controles de las actividades del área comercial. Analizar las reservas acumuladas de incentivos y conciliaciones de Ventas.

Algunas funciones:

- Realizar la validación de factura(s), para luego armar, cargar y emitir la(s) Notas de Crédito financieras solicitadas por distintos conceptos; D iferencia s en P recio, D escuentos porcentuales, D escuentos por Pronto Pago “DPP” , Incentivos y Promociones.

- Actualizar y circular las Listas de Precios (MDLZ y CBY) a los distintos equipos involucrados en el proceso de venta .

- Consolidar y registrar los contratos promocionales del departamento de Venta s, acorde al cumplimiento de la Política Comercial de MDLZ. Gestionar la carga en SAP por parte del equipo de Master Data de dichos acuerdos comerciales.

- Análisis de la cuenta de reserva acumulada y cruce de conciliación de ventas .

Responsable de e fectua r la reclasificación de los registros de notas de crédito al cierre de cada periodo.

- Soportar en la elaboración de la presentación de cierre de Finanzas para Ventas mensual.

- Control y monitoreo de los cupos de Dsctos X VOL mensuales al momento de solicitar la aprobación de las N/C’s financieras a fin de garantizar el control y evitar duplicidades.

Conocimientos/educación:

• Graduado en Finanzas, economía, contabilidad o carreras afines.

• Inglés preferiblemente.

• Experiencia en el manejo de SAP

• Manejo de Microsoft Office
